Grinch rice krispie hearts 💚❤️ A little brown butter, lots of marshmallows, white chocolate drizzle, and a tiny Grinch heart! How cute are these?! 🎄✨ Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter (browned) 2 bags mini marshmallows (about 20 oz total) 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste (or extract) Green food coloring 10 cups Rice Krispies White chocolate Heart sprinkles Instructions: -In a large saucepan, brown the butter over medium heat, stirring until golden and fragrant. -Add the mini marshmallows and stir until mostly melted. Continue stirring until smooth. -Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. -Mix in green food coloring until you reach your desired Grinch-green color. -Gradually fold in the Rice Krispies, about 2-3 cups at a time, until evenly coated. -Transfer to a parchment-lined 9×13 pan and gently press into an even layer. Don’t pack it down too firmly! -While still slightly warm, use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to press hearts directly into the Rice Krispie mixture. -Let cool completely, then drizzle with melted white chocolate and add heart sprinkles on top. -Let the chocolate set, then enjoy! 💚❤️ #grinch #ricekrispietreats #christmastreats #christmasdessert #fundesserts - @lori_ilc
