@chris_barlics: Balance isn’t just about standing on one leg. It’s about being able to move, change directions, and stay in control. This zigzag drill challenges your coordination, weight shifting, single-leg stability, and ability to control your body as you move. And you can make it easier or harder depending on your ability! Level 1: Step through the pattern, placing both feet down between steps. Level 2: Step through without putting your other foot down, challenging your single-leg balance. Level 3: Add a gentle hop for an extra challenge to your power, coordination, and landing control. Start with 3–5 rounds, focus on quality over speed, and only progress when you feel confident and in control. Practice in a clear space with support nearby. Hopping is optional and isn’t appropriate for everyone. Remember, it’s not just the exercise that matters. It’s HOW you do it! #BalanceTraining #FallPrevention #HealthyAging #functionalfitness #activeaging
