@ivymade_: Sugar plum cheese danish (Starbucks copycat) 🎄 Recipe below is for 1 puff pastry sheet but you’re gonna probably want to double it for the two sheets because they are addicting! Ingredients: 1 thawed puff pastry sheet 1 8 oz package of cream cheese softened 1/2 cup sugar (I used powder but you can also use granulated) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup plum jam 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 2. Mix softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract. 3. In a separate bowl, mix plum jam, cinnamon and nutmeg. 3. Cut 1 puff pastry sheet into 9 squares. 4. Place cut sheets into a greased cupcake tin. 5. Add cream cheese mixture and then the jam mixture. Don’t over fill. 6. Bake for 14-18 minutes. Keep an eye on them after the 14 minutes or they may end up a mess. Mine took exactly 14 minutes but all ovens are different. 7. Cool slightly before serving. Store in the fridge.
