They got a package of beefcheeks at Business Costco....Fogo de Chao has a beef rib on their happy hour menu for 15 with a a chimichurri sauce....and a picanha burger for 10 bucks. All day every day at the bar. Makiti grill sells beef ribs for 3 bucks a la carte...they are small but they usually give you extra. On Lincoln near Walmart.
