This is a tax shift. The rich feel property taxes they don’t feel fees. Now also renters will get the fees also. People didn’t think it through.

So the only solution is to tax the people more by adding fees. Not once did they think about taxing the corporations more in taxes or cut out of the unnecessary spending. I’m sure they can look at the budget and find it somewhere. I’m over the gov messing up the money and then making us responsible for it.

They have no plan whatsoever and when chaos ensues, they will claim our saving grace will be to build AI data centers for the tax revenue (which we know will NOT be their fair share after paying off Donalds). I am so disappointed

My property tax on a house I purchased for $350k is about 8k to 9k a year that shit doesn't make sense they are wasting money this kinda scare tactics is just that scare tactics. Maybe we stop wasting money maybe our governor and his wife don't steal money maybe we don't waste millions on alligator alcatraz maybe we don't waste 10s of millions on building a park under the i4 in downtown Orlando that will be absolutely over run with homeless people on day 1. Any extra fees is just a middle finger to residents and with all the fees they still gonna raise your rent. Prices never go down they only go up and when regular people save any money someone gets upset and just makes up some BS to charge us even more.
