@karissaastevens: Anyways, here is how I make a quick chicken soup 🤣 Lemony Chicken Noodle Soup Ingredients 1.5 lbs chicken Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder & paprika (to taste) 3 tbs olive oil 3 tbs butter 3 carrots, chopped 4 celery, chopped 1 onion, chopped 2 sprigs rosemary, chopped 5 cloves garlic, chopped 10 cups chicken broth 1 bag egg noodles Juice of 1 lemon Instructions Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Heat olive oil in a large pan and cook chicken until cooked through. Remove and chop. To the same pan add butter, carrots, celery, onion and rosemary. Cook until veggies begin to soften. Add garlic and cook for another minute. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add lemon juice, egg noodles and chopped chicken back into the pan. Cook until noodles are tender. Season to taste and enjoy!
