@foxleague: Nathan Cleary turned his back on a reported fortune to stay with the Panthers, rejecting an offer that would have made him the NRL's highest-paid player ever 🤯 #NRL #NathanCleary

Chained Kong :

obviously wants to play with his dads last year as coach. respect

BrogbyLeague :

We've already witnessed him in his prime, no way he's coming back the same from his injury. Best thing for the Chiefs.

Roosters 123 :

Why would anyone go to PNG if you already have $$$

Mark Pisani :

It’s only tax free in PNG when sending it back to Aus tax will be paid

spicy_rooster :

Can he even play often the injury? Worlds best player and nothing on how his rehabilitation is going

YUGUY313🖤💛❤️ :

He’ll never play same way again. He’s washed up now.

Tonyfwu :

His loyalty will pay off in the long run. Our King of the west ain’t going anywhere! 🖤

He and everyone else knows that he’s the greatest halfback in modern era, wherever he goes money will follow him even if he sits on the sidelines. Not a panthers fan but no shame to admit the truth
