I was told I would never conceive naturally due to DOR and years of trying with no success. I made lifestyle changes, started walking. Eating organically, taking liquid vitamins, iron, cut out plastics from my life for 3mths. Also made meals from cook books meals she eats. Left a stressful job that had my cortisol so high it was off the charts. And literally started trusting God that he was sending me my baby and I was making myself ready for when that baby arrived. After years I got pregnant naturally in between a break in fertility treatments. Idk if it was one of those things or everything but I had my daughter last year. We got pregnant again naturally 9mths later and I’m expecting my second. The fertility clinic had no answers as to how- just that it happens. All I can saw is don’t give up. Keep praying and trust it’s coming. Sending you all the sticky baby dust.

My 5th IUI worked. I was prescribed metformin and aspirin on my 4th and 5th IUI due to multiple miscarriages.I cut off caffeine and started running. Eating just a tad healthier. Essentially lowered my BMI.
