As someone with ADHD I genuinely just use a pen or really anything available to fidget with …though a slightly firm squishy would be good…cuz I do dig my nails into my palms

I have a bald spot because whenever I’m overstimulated and don’t have a fidget I pick at my hair. It’s gotten so bad now and too long of me being without a squishy that I now have a bald spot and literal scabs on my scalp from pulling hair.
