NO ME TOO AT 8 AM :((( i made pistachio pudding and i have yogurt (so i can have at least some protien) but i've just been taking ibuprofen every few hours and im about to take it now so i can go to bed. they recommended i bring a blanket and a colouring book or something for after the surgery so 💔

i would sleep as much as possible. after every meal rinse your mouth. DONT SWISH just move your head around and such. got mine out in september. if you take your pain meds and make sure your mouth stays clean while getting plenty of rest then you shouldnt have too many problems.
