Add payment rewards to local volunteers who work on their neighborhood lawns. Pay them by the lawn/driveway/sidewalks. You'll see so much done so fast and well.

That’s why we need to help our elders in our communities. I too cannot afford lawn care, it was over $70 to do my front & back yard, $70 for a small Chicago lot is crazy. And they want a commitment to do it every week! Neighborhood kids should wise up & start going door to door for a cheaper price. I’d pay a neighbor kid $20 to do mine. Am I cheap? lol maybe $30? Idk my dad paid me $5 for front & back yard & our backyard was huge!
