@dianakg922: Written, arranged, and produced by Rick James for his 1981 fifth studio album, Street Songs. "Fire and Desire" was recorded as a duet with Teena Marie. It is reported that Teena had a high fever when she went into the studio to record her vocals against doctors orders who told her to stay home and rest. After hearing Rick was considering replacing her, Teena showed up and showed out at that session in a single take. 🔥🐐🔥 #teenamarie #rickjames #fireanddesire #music #fyp
