@shepsky.mom: Day 62 of our dopamine reset and Day 5 of our Christmas countdown! 🎄 Today we’re settling the great Christmas tree debate! Are you Team Real Tree, Team Fake Tree, or Team Pink Tinsel? 😂 Xander is all about a real tree, Keyla thinks artificial is the way to go, and Stella has decided neither one is good enough unless it’s pink! Our dopamine reset is all about finding a little happiness in the everyday things, especially during the busy holiday season. We’re challenging ourselves to spend just 10 minutes every day doing something that brings us joy. Get creative, try something new, or simply enjoy a little time for yourself. Ten minutes, no pressure, no expectations, just something that makes YOU happy! So tell us, what kind of Christmas tree goes up in your house, and what are you doing for yourself today? 💙 #fyp #dopamine #christmascountdown #christmastree #dopamineboost
