that's exactly how I process emotions. rather than holding it in, storing trauma or heavy emotion in my body I have to expell what im feeling as I'm feeling it and you'll hear me work thru why I feel it, what caused this, ect ect. I just need to get the thoughts and feelings out of my body.

Growing up, I thought I was a sociopath because, aside from my turbulent childhood, I had a hard time connecting with other people’s emotions. Empathy didn’t come naturally to me. I had to analyze why people felt the way they did, and even putting myself in their shoes was difficult. My Virgo Mercury probably doesn’t help either. However, as I’ve grown older, I’ve learned to understand people better. I had to experience those same struggles and emotions myself before I could truly empathize with others. I’m definitely much better at it now than I was before.
