@cathrinmanningg: I’m actually pleasantly surprised how much they took and what I was able to make! Likeeeee why haven’t I been selling my kid’s clothing this whole time?! 😩 #onceuponachild #reselling #MomsofTikTok
You should try vinted! Me and my mom have done it for almost a month. We have sold many of items, but the best seller is baby clothes

I do not like using once upon a child. They will say things were worn or stained and it’s not. I take mine to a local consignment shop and whatever they don’t take I post on facebook either in a free group or on marketplace for like $10 for all.

Is also depends on what sizes they have on the floor and what they are lacking.. if they have an excessive amount of a certain size they take less of that

It could have to do with seasonal clothing. I’ve noticed that they won’t buy shorts, bathing suits, etc in fall/winter. And likewise they won’t buy pants, long sleeves and jackets in spring/summer.

it doesnt always mean you dont have good stuff they just might have an overstock in those items they didnt buy, try a different location if you can before donating.

Try again in the spring for the tee shirts, they may be buying fall/winter stuff right now.

my friend owns a OUAC it all depends what they are buying at the moment. sometimes they need specific sizes and genders and they wont buy anything else because they have so much inventory

Also season. Which I know is unfortunate but right now they are buying winter clothes. Less spring summer… so I wouldn’t take it as a what the heck id just try again this winter when they are looking for spring and summer clothes 💗

It depends on the buyer as well, everybody has a different opinion of what’s “in”

Sometimes they only take what’s in season so they don’t have to deal with putting into storage. So definitely save some of those shirts for next time because they could be taken

I always take stuff there, accept whatever they'll give me in store credit (you get more for store credit than cash) and then donate the rest to a church clothing closet!!

They can also donate them to your local shelters for you! I always tell them " what ever you don't buy can you donate for me"

I’m lucky in Texas if they give you like a dollar an item. I make more selling online, but sometimes you just need to get rid of stuff fast.
