That is wild! I’m on a family members Amazon. I ordered something that was supposed to have four parts and it only came with three. I was able to return it for credit. I was promised that I would get a replacement in addition. That also never came. I know now how to move with Amazon. It’s not my account so I’m OK but still you have to always “look at your receipt”
