It’s completely ok I went from being a chef, working 38+ hour weeks, to now being home 24/7 i found out at 33 that I have Crohn’s. I already had type 3c diabetes, but found out I have Crohn’s because I developed a complex perianal fistula. I’m 37 now and have to keep telling myself this is my life now and it’s OK. It’s not ideal, but I’m alive and it’s OK.
