This medieval town in Portugal turns into a Christmas wonderland and it’s just an hour away from Lisbon😍🎄✨ Óbidos Vila Natal is back, and it’s one of my favourite Christmas trips from Lisbon. Cobblestone streets, castle walls covered in lights, and the whole town in full holiday mode. This year’s theme is Pinocchio and the world of puppets 🪵🎭 📅 27 November 2026 – 3 January 2027 📍 Óbidos, about an hour’s drive from Lisbon 🎟️ €12 general admission, €8 for kids aged 3–11 (some attractions are paid separately) - this price is to enter the area with rides and attractions, the actual town is free to enjoy and walk around.
