Sikh people (I am so sorry if I am saying that wrong) are one of if not the only church that accept us with welcome arms and they help a lot of women with domestic violence resources (ask me how I know). They are GOOD people.

One day my daughter saw a sikh man at the grocery store and said “I don’t know why, but every time I see someone like him, I feel like everything is okay”. I smiled so big because I always taught my kids that if they needed help, a sikh would always be the sage choice to ask for help since it’s a part of their religion to help others. I guess the message stuck with her even if the explanation didn’t. 🤍

Sikhs made sure we nurses were well fed during the pandemic. They have a reputation for being incredibly generous and serving their communities selflessly. They are a safe and kind people. Also the kirpan is pretty sick.
