I honestly did not expect any of this. Over the last 24 hours, so many of you have reached out with words of encouragement, shared your own experiences, and asked how you can help me financially. First, thank you. From the bottom of my heart. Sharing my life publicly, especially the painful parts, has never been easy. My hope has always been that by sharing my experiences, I can help others feel less alone, create greater awareness, and help bring about meaningful change for the sake of our children. Several of you have suggested that I start a GoFundMe or share my payment information. I will always be hesitant to ask for money because I do not share my experiences in exchange for financial support. That is not why I started speaking, and it will never be the reason I continue. However, something I've learned throughout my journey is that accepting kindness does not diminish the message I'm trying to share. Sometimes, the very compassion we hope to inspire in others is the compassion we must also learn to accept ourselves. Because many have asked, I've created a way for those who would like to offer financial support to do so. The funds raised will go toward legal expenses associated with my ongoing family court proceedings as I continue advocating for myself and my children. I will always remain transparent about the purpose and use of these contributions and providing updates along the way, while continuing to protect my children's privacy. Please know there is absolutely no expectation to contribute financially. Every kind comment, supportive message, shared experience, and person willing to just listen means more to me than money ever could. Your support continues to remind me that compassion still exists in this world, that our voices matter, and that none of us should have to navigate life's hardest moments alone.
