A little tip, if your oil is over flowing like that it has probably been diluted with fuel due to driving around with the fuel switch still on while the generator off.

Them not using a deadlock version means any flat card stock will slide behind it and pop it open especially when the gap left is so big.

Have the same generator and I put a motorcycle exhaust tip on it and it helped with the noise. Just put the exhaust tip into the generator exhaust
