even going on 4 years with my tops and one year with my bottoms I still can't and don't feel comfortable with biting. I tear the food off

Exactly how I do it! Took me a while but can even bite into a crispy egg roll. Am saying this to give encouragement to the people in here just starting on their denture journey ☺️
