@visionsdissolved: Everybody in the Granada Hills area should know about Frosty Queen. A lot of us grew up or got to experience it while living here and it was amazing. It's been closed now for a while and it's been replaced twice now. Goldburger came and tried to make a spot for itself but its overpriced crap got them ran out of business. Now we have a place called Stumpy Burger and Coffee trying to make it work but is it any good? I think it's just okay after my first visit. I tried their signature spicy burger, chilli cheese fries and a chorizo burrito and it did little to win me over. I will go back to try more things but this first experience was mid/10. Let me know if you think different and why. #stumpyburger #granadahills #frostyqueen #losangeles #thevalley

Ever wondered why some people wake up refreshed without ever hearing an alarm? It’s not magic—it’s biology. And you can train your body to do the same. Your body is wired with an internal clock called the circadian rhythm. This 24-hour cycle controls everything from your sleep patterns to your hormone release. When synced properly, it wakes you up naturally—feeling clear, calm, and focused. No stress. No grogginess. No jarring beeps. In this video, we break down the science of waking up without an alarm, and how this simple shift can dramatically improve your health. Here’s what’s actually happening inside your body: ✅ Natural Cortisol Release: About 30–45 minutes before you wake up, your body begins releasing cortisol—not the stress kind, but the energizing kind. It’s nature’s wake-up juice. ✅ Melatonin Shutdown: As morning light filters in, your brain tells the pineal gland to cut off melatonin production, making you feel more alert. ✅ Stress-Free Mornings: Traditional alarms yank you out of deep sleep and spike adrenaline. But waking naturally lets your brain complete its cycles and transition smoothly. ✅ More Energy + Focus: When you wake up at the right point in your sleep cycle (not during deep sleep), you experience better focus, more energy, and improved mood. ✅ Circadian Rhythm Reset: Going to bed and waking up at the same time daily is the single most powerful way to retrain your body’s natural wake-up mechanism. What’s even better? Your morning sets the tone for your entire day. By skipping the stress spike that comes with an alarm, you’re protecting your heart, reducing inflammation, and setting up your brain for peak performance. And the best part? This habit doesn’t cost a thing. No supplements. No gear. Just consistency and intention. 💡 Tips to Get Started: Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day (yes, even weekends) Keep your room cool and dark at night Let natural light into your room in the morning Avoid screens at least 60 minutes before sleep Limit caffeine 6+ hours before bed Want to reduce anxiety, increase energy, and actually feel rested when you wake up? Ditch the alarm. Start syncing with your body’s natural rhythm. — 🧠 This is more than a sleep hack—this is a daily habit that rewires your health from the inside out. — Follow for more daily habits that transform your body, brain, and life. #sleep #healthy #wellness
