Very stupid question probably but anytime I try baking. Something isn’t the light or the burner up and the oven is supposed to be on? No matter what temperature I turn my oven onto only the bottom burner turns on I can never get anything crispy from the top. I do live an E apartment. Is that something I should bring up? Or do I just not know how to use an oven?

Dallas you should try making pumpkin crisp! Same recipe for the filling, no bottom crust, and top it with an apple crisp style topping. Soooooo good.
