@icanmeowreallyreallygood: telling someone to “talk to somebody” isn’t always the right option. it might seem easy, but it’s really not. sometimes what they truly need is to talk to YOU. now I’m by no means saying be pushy or invasive towards them, and I’m certainly not saying that talking to a professional isn’t a good idea, but you should atleast offer to talk to them. it can be super easy to agree with the people saying “talk to someone” or say you will, but just not do it, or have no motivation to.
