@teachinginsneaks: Honestly, my heart goes out to so many involved in this situation, including the teachers in that building. That day is something they will think about probably every single day for the rest of their lives and while I know they probably wish they could go back and do something different in those moments, they are human and humans make mistakes. Some mistakes are unfortunately unforgivable.
