@Marta: I applied to a leading position and while I was interviewed, they said they actually do not need a new worker on this position and asked if I am willing to do a lower admin job. I left saying when they finish evaluating, they can let me know if they need me. I felt my time was completely wasted.

Hi, how about cases where answer among the interviewer does not match with one another? 1st round they said that the role is open as the person moved to another team in the company, the 2nd said that the person pursued opportunity outside the company..
