@browardcountypet: DEADLINE - HEARTBREAKING 💔 NOV 19th ‼️❤️‍🩹 URGENT Transfer Needed for Scaredy Tripod "Gordon" (A2480759) ❤️‍🩹‼️ DM our page if you can help ? Meet Gordon! (A2480759) 7-Years-Old | 43 Pounds Gordon came in as a stray on 9/22 after being found trembling behind a citizen’s tree in their yard 🥺 He was very underweight and suffering from nerve damage which limited his movement and essentially paralyzed his front-right leg. One of our partners kindly took Gordon’s case on and performed an amputation to give him some comfort, but he is still very, very nervous and fearful. He also ended up testing positive for heartworm and is currently being treated. He is now back here at the shelter and is desperate to finally be given a chance outside of such an environment to decompress, heal, and eventually find his forever home. Gordon needs a quiet and more appropriate space in which to heal and sociialize. ***Gordon must receive commitment by Thursday, 11/19.***

Kari/MC :

How sad, took the time to amputate his leg and have them healed from that yet he’s gonna be put down if he doesn’t get adopted maybe you should try reaching out to a different town city rescue something else to give him half a chance
