@ashley.cusicanqui: An 81-year-old man was allegedly tied to a chair, beaten and burned with hot syrup inside a Cecil County home. Investigators say 31-year-old Taylor Falcone and 28-year-old Austin Maniscalco conspired to lure the victim to the home and rob him. Both are facing charges, and Falcone has since posted bail.
