I'm the toxic one in this situation 🤣 (definitely not even remotely close to this extent) but I always told my mom that we could not decorate for Christmas before Thanksgiving no matter how much she wanted to 🤣

Oh my gosh. I had this conversation with my mom because my grown daughter in her own home had her Christmas decorations up by November 3rd. I told my mom that it helps my child with her mental health. My mom is still appalled. Seriously what does it matter when people decorate

My ex-MIL puts up the Christmas decorations before Halloween. Don't worry! She also put up Halloween decorations. Her house always looks like The Nightmare Before Christmas, even before the movie was released. My ex frequently had a Christmas themed birthday as it landed just a few days before Halloween.

we always decorated in November, because December's weather is usually worse 😂. we didnt want to freeze or get soaking wet to decorate lol.

I put my fall decor up from sep 1st to Nov 1st. My Christmas decor is up from Nov 1st to Jan 1st. wtf you want me to decorate for thanksgiving with? Turkeys and pumpkins. No I’ll take two months of my fall decor and two months of my Christmas decor thank you
