@nursinguncovered: TikTok Caption Facilities NOT to work at: Climb Inc. (Sierra Madre, CA). 🚩🚩🚩 WORK AT YOUR OWN RISK! ⚠️⚠️⚠️ ☣️☣️☣️ Special follower request straight from the floor to expose this building—save your sanity and protect your peace, because this place is running completely out of control! 📉🚨 This facility is heavily red-flagged for catastrophic management failure and an incredibly toxic, unprofessional workplace culture. Insiders expose a chaotic environment where staff members are literally getting into physical fights with each other outside the building, and leadership hands out zero write-ups and zero suspensions! 🤬🥊 Instead of maintaining basic professional boundaries or enforcing safety protocols, management looks the other way while workers openly scream and argue at each other in the hallways right in front of the residents. 🗣️❌ Taking a shift here means stepping into an out-of-control, hostile disaster zone where your peace of mind and your hard-earned credentials are put at serious risk under leadership that refuses to provide basic oversight. Protect your license, avoid the drama, and stay far away! 🛑🚶‍♂️ 5 Hashtags #ClimbInc #SierraMadre #ToxicWorkplace #FacilitiesNotToWorkAt #CNAlife
