Viral footage from the JTBC Seoul Marathon on Nov. 1 showed a runner placing a hand on Minho's lower back and appearing to push him forward. Under race regulations, physical assistance from pacers is prohibited. Minho, who crossed the finish line in 3 hours and 18 seconds, issued an apology on Nov. 3 and voluntarily relinquished his official record. Following formal complaints, the Korean Sport & Olympic Committee is reviewing the matter.
