RHYS🤙🏼 :
She was a terrible representation of rogue

The Sun :
It's not Anna's fault how anti Rouge the character was written

I absolutely LOVE Faruza Balk!! That said in the early 2000s she would have been waaaay too old to be playing a teenager. In The Craft in the mid 90s she could've gotten away woth it because they were casting 30 year olds to play 16 year olds but having her play Rogue then would've just not been right

💯💯 :
She was a great casting choice; she knows how to play a rebellious young woman, we saw that in: Almost Famous.

Real ones know the craft was used as animation reference for the ladies of X-Men Evolution. I'm willing to bet he can pick out the exact dance scene, too. Masterful casting

What about Mystique? I legitimately can’t watch any xmen movies with Jennifer Lawrence cause it was such a miscast 😭

nothing about rogue in the Fox movies really worked for me, both the casting and where they went with the character. hope they handle her a little more traditionally in the MCU.

I’ve only ever watched the fox x men films. Started the original animated series the other day and rogue is almost unrecognisable. Crazy how much they sidelined her.

You could recast Batman as Eliza and I'd be into it.

Bauk would have been amazing! But I think the script would need to change. They made Rogue kind of boring to make her our eyes into the world. Bauk is a headliner who could’ve carried films
