@rabbit.quicknews: Adam Driver Confirms His Solo Star Wars Movie Is Over After Disney Turned Down His Pitch Adam Driver says there will be no more Star Wars for him. The 42-year-old actor appeared on The Rich Eisen Show on Wednesday, Nov. 4. Asked if he would ever play Kylo Ren again, he said, “It’s over.” Driver first talked about the project in October 2025. It was called The Hunt for Ben Solo. He wrote the script with filmmaker Steven Soderbergh and screenwriters Rebecca Blunt and Scott Z. Burns. Kylo Ren, also known as Ben Solo, d*es at the end of the most recent Star Wars trilogy. Driver said the idea was to follow the character on a new journey. He said they worked on it for a few years. “We got a script together that was really good,” he said. But he added, “I don’t get to decide.” Driver previously said Disney executives Bob Iger and Alan Bergman turned the idea down, even after Lucasfilm showed interest. Would he make it if Disney changed its mind? “If they wanted to, fine. But it’s not our call. I think the ship has sailed, though,” he said. Driver said the fan response was “pretty incredible.” He mentioned billboards and people flying planes over Disney. He is now promoting his crime drama Paper Tiger, which hits theaters Nov. 13. He also confirmed he will star in a sequel to the 1995 movie Heat. What do you think Disney should have done? #adamdriver #starwars #kyloren #papertiger #celebrity
