How does the pay work with mid-show call outs? Do they just split it in half even though act 1 is longer than act 2? Or what if the person is on for 7 scenes in act 1, but only 1 scene for act 2, do they divide the pay for the scenes they did do before calling out?

can you let people know what “above the title” means? I work for a ticketing platform and people get very angry when an actor calls out and they’re not “above the title” so there’s no refunds- even when they’re a big name
