It’s a valid concern tbh but what has helped me is chasing strength, not a certain look. If your only goal w bodybuilding is to get shredded then I wouldn’t recommend. Theres a reason why so many men on this app try to stay stage lean year round lmao

It has healed my relationship with my body bc i can look at myself objectively. I can see what i need to work on for the division im competing on versus wanting whatever trendy body type of the time 🥰

You doubted working out cuz of being "bulky" and you enjoyed it. Why doubt the next step? Do a full prep and show and see if you like it. If you don't you don't have to do it again and pivot to what you like.
