My wife (and I, but not really 😁) bought a home in a nice suburb village here in Bacoor. But as we expats cant own land, if you aren't with your forever wife, you should rent or lease a home.

My advice to you is that if you are interested in staying here in the Philippines, it is better to buy your own land and house because you can live here from abroad and it won't cost you money to have your own home.
