Im 4 months post op, bimalleolar fracture. Still a bit sore, still some swelling...But I take a walk 4 1/2 miles 4x a week, and this week I've been on a ladder, roof, and up and down the attic taking down halloween decorations and putting up Christmas!

It’s been hell! Broke in 3 places and tore my ligament right off lol! 3 weeks before I could have surgery (thanks insurance) causing brittle bones, now 1 week post surgery and in a boot. I’m tired yall but a fighter!! 🥰

3 days from being 5 weeks post injury & 28 days since I had my surgery , the pain is pretty nonexistent atp except the random stings from my incision 😭 still almost impossible to twist my ankle from side to side, I can definitely feel the metal they had to put in my bones as well 😩
