I wish we could all adapt the system that China has for selling properties to suit us. To make affordable housing available fist to local people that registred as families or elderly or young couples, then let is on the market for people from that country before leaving it go to investors and companies if it’s still available. Because otherwise we will get priced out everywhere.

Everyone has heard what the President of Slovakia, Peter Pellegrini, said? He said that he is morally tired of the war in Ukraine 🤣 But doesn't he want to feel what Ukrainians feel, being driven across Europe, with these families moving every single day? Doesn't he want to go and live in Sumy for 5 years? Doesn't he want to go to the Zaporizhzhia region, where 37 people died the day before yesterday during the distribution of humanitarian aid? Or better yet, let him go straight to Donbas, where this has been going on for almost 12 years. I think his brain would melt within the first 24 hours if he felt what Ukrainians feel every single minute. Disgrace. Morally tired 🤣 And where is the UN? Why hasn't it provided international protection for Ukrainians yet? The UN is busy with Google Maps, looking at which continent is bigger and which is smaller (Africa turned out to be noticeably smaller on Google Maps than Greenland 🤣). The UN has discredited itself so many times. The UN can't even put two bolts together; the only job that can be trusted to the UN is feeding geese in the backyard.
