If the state is funding the Medicaid program for immigrants that are undocumented then what is the problem for the federal government cutting the funds? It sounds like he’s accurate if they aren’t taking the funds from the federal government then it’s irrelevant. If the state is funding it then a cut doesn’t affect them.
