It's not easy to run an F&B establishment in Singapore, much less serve good food consistently for 8 whole years. Their signature roast meats never disappoint - juicy, tender meat under glistening, crispy skin. Then there's the wanton soup. Succulent dumplings in a milky broth, and their Triple Happiness Tofu. Ikura, pork floss and century eggs on tofu? Sounds like a mess, but the flavours come together as a delightful cold dish. I'm not a food critic, but this place was packed during lunch 👍🏻.
