According to officials, the water level is not alarming, and no substantial river outflow has been observed. However, landslides remain active, with additional slope failures reported around 8:20 AM during field assessments. As of 3 PM, the lake remained relatively small, with natural outflow. A joint team from the National Centre for Hydrology and Meteorology (NCHM) and the Department of Geology and Mines (DGM) continues to monitor the situation. People living downstream are advised to stay alert, exercise caution and avoid going near the river.
