Mr Stephen :
politicians will not allow the military to be autonomous as universities and other tertiary institutions because of power they have over the ammunitions.

Be merciful and kind :
It is time they do that because some of them dont know their job description, including their managers. For Example when you have a problem with water or electricity company. The company will not send their workers to your house to solve the problem rather, they have subcontractors sometimes owner by their own staff who will come to your house and take money of u which goes into their pocket. Imagine Ghana water is seriously on point making sure all the citizen get tape water 24/7 Do you know how much revenue that will be ? Water revenues alone can do a lots in our country and create 24 hours jobs Because water is life. Why 21ts centuries Ghana still relying on polytanks and gallons all over the place why? Ghana water open water to the residents once or twice a week but happy tosell water to people to go and sell in the communities whilst they claimed there is no water yet they cannot paint their office. Every cilvil savant is not looking for how the system can be improved rather how they can enriched themselves. it is time for all government department to work paid for their staff and get extra cash. then they will be serious. Assembly has graders which they can hire to the residents at a reasonable price which will generate income but they won't because someone of them are doing that as business because of that when you go and ask them they will be dragging their feet and introduce you to their agents.
