He also took a seeming swipe at studios that stick rigidly to a release schedule and ship regardless of how the game is running. Without naming it, he described a high-profile release from the past few years that shipped and then had to be pulled from sale, which outlets are reading as Cyberpunk 2077. Cyberpunk 2077 was removed from the PlayStation Store with refunds offered after its buggy 2020 launch, though Zelnick didn't confirm that's the game he meant.
