How does the texture of muscles compare to oysters? I had a bad reaction to the Ekone smoked oysters due to the texture (chewy edge and pâté middle) and the sadly spoiled fish taste so im not sure if I got a bad tin or not.

Those mussels are beautifully packed! I love when I open a tin and you can tell so much care and thoughtfulness went into packing it. The mussels also look amazing 😍
