@jessmerize: The heart chakra is connected with love, grief, trust, forgiveness, connection, and the ability to give and receive love. 💚 When this area feels emotionally blocked, it can show up as feeling guarded, disconnected, resentful, heartbroken, afraid to trust again, stuck in old grief, or like you are carrying emotions you never fully got to release. That heaviness can come from things like heartbreak, loss, betrayal, rejection, unresolved grief, difficult relationships, or even spending too long protecting yourself from being hurt again. This Reiki is intended to help you slow down, soften, and create space around those emotions so you can begin letting go of what you are ready to release. As you watch, you may notice sensations like warmth, tingling, relaxation, emotion rising, or simply a sense of release. Everyone experiences Reiki differently, so there is no “right” sensation you have to feel. Take a breath into your chest. Let your shoulders drop. Let yourself receive without forcing anything. Watch as many times as you need. Save this for the days your heart feels heavy, and share it with someone who could use a little softness too. 💚✨ If you’re receiving this, comment “I RELEASE 💚” below. #reiki #heartchakra #asmr #SelfCare #spirituality
