Kinder Cookies 🎄❤️🍪 Crispy on the edges, soft and gooey in the middle, packed with chunks of Kinder and white chocolate!❤️ Makes: 8 cookies Ingredients * 85 g unsalted butter, softened * 75 g white sugar * 75 g brown sugar * 1 egg * ½ tsp vanilla extract * 180 g all-purpose flour * ½ tsp baking powder * ½ tsp salt * 50 g Kinder Maxi, roughly chopped (plus extra for topping) * 100 g white chocolate, roughly chopped (plus extra for topping and melting) Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) and line a baking tray with baking paper. 2. Cream the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. 3. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until combined. 4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. 5. Fold in the chopped Kinder Maxi and white chocolate. 6. Scoop the dough into 8 equal portions, roll into smooth balls, and place on the prepared baking tray, leaving space between each cookie. Press extra Kinder Maxi and white chocolate on top. 7. Bake for 8–12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden and the centres still look slightly underbaked. 8. While the cookies are still warm, drizzle with melted white chocolate and press a piece of Kinder Maxi into the centre of each cookie.
