Awesome mom… I have 2 sons that don’t have special needs and I’m fighting for my life caring for them …. I CAN NOT IMAGINE the toll it takes caring for someone with special needs and it’s saddens me that people add to that toll and weight by threatening you …. unfortunately where I live in my county they don't have it my county does not participate in the program I have called to find out they told me to call surrounding counties to find out if they do it or not but I have tried to get this for my son and my county doesn't participate in it my son is 5 and he has eloped from my house multiple times and has ended up twice on a busy road that's when I tried to see if my county participated in this program but they don't
