@firstladykyra_: At my OLD JOB, the employee turnover rate was HORRIBLE‼️🚩 And it wasn’t because people didn’t want to work! It was because MEDICAL ASSISTANTS were being BULLIED DAILY by SUPERVISORS‼️🤬 The favoritism, the disrespect, the bullying, the messy emails ALL DAY LONG, and the constant workplace DRAMA were RIDICULOUS‼️ How you supposed to take care of PATIENTS when you’re constantly dealing with TOXIC MANAGEMENT?! 🤔 Some supervisors need to understand that having a TITLE doesn’t make you a LEADER‼️💯 GOOD EMPLOYEES DON’T QUIT GOOD JOBS… THEY QUIT BAD MANAGEMENT‼️👏🏽 And the CRAZY PART? I totally agree I worked at a dental sx facility I was thrown under the bus by 2 employees of a billing change no knowledge of this till I was ask parents wanted to speak to me and them it all blew up spoke to DON showed her proof billing not changing from the billers email and it changed anyway I was not defended I was SHUN Ignoned so I left yet they give my position to the other person with a Raise go figure I was there 11 years so my peace came 1st no more
