For me, the biggest takeaway from AnwenReid anxiety quiz was learning to distinguish a useful plan from endless mental rehearsing. I feel more confident stopping when I've done enough preparation.

I bought a gingerbread iced coffee at Starbucks this morning and I had never tried it before and it was literally the worst thing I ever tasted in my life. I tried a 2nd sip like ok maybe it's fine. no. I'll puke. threw it away and told myself it was ok to buy a 2 dollar gas station coffee to replace the 7 dollar coffee I threw away because at least I'm drinking coffee still... so it was now a total of 9 coffee instead of spending 7 dollars and no coffee... girl math
